Recognizing Youth Who Make a Difference
Each year in April, Clarkston Area Youth Assistance has the privilege of honoring students that have enhanced our community through their willingness to give their time, energy and knowledge to others. Youth are nominated by community members (schools, organizations, churches, neighbors) that have watched these youth exhibit kindness and generosity to others. The Youth Recognition Ceremony is a time that community leaders come together to recognize and say “thank you” to the youth in the community that are making a difference.
